Homebase: Your Home Wellness Community

Join our warm and supportive online community where we gather on Zoom to learn some actionable tips for dealing with the physical chaos of modern living. In each 75-minute session, we will:

* Start with a short check-in.

* Learn a new concept or approach for how we might make our homes more functional.

* Spend 30 minutes cleaning solo or while chatting in a small group, as you wish.

* Come together again to share our victories and challenges to make our homes more functional for our needs.

This group is for people who:

  • Struggle to find ways of making their space work for them

  • Feel stressed out by their home environment

  • Feel lost when it comes to cleaning or organizing

  • Get anxious or overwhelmed with the idea of getting rid of a bunch of stuff

  • Run out of energy when they attempt a deep clean

  • Don’t find conventional advice relating to housekeeping or decluttering accessible or realistic for them

  • Would benefit from validation and connection from a group of people who have the same challenges

  • Work best when they have company or imposed structure such as dedicated and limited time (ADHD-friendly!)

  • Are interested in a gradual, gentle approach that aims not for overnight results but helps them address old problems in a new way.

Let’s come together and make our living spaces nicer, kinder, and more functional for ourselves. 🏡🧹

Dallas Rising (they/she) has had a life-long struggle with keeping things tidy. One of their areas of deep personal interest is looking at areas of life where there is challenge or resistance to explore if or how their relationship to that thing might transform. “Homebase” is an invitation to share some of this learning with others and join in the exploration.

HOMEBASE is not currently running but you can register for “From Dust to Dharma: A Yogic Approach to Home Care” if you’d like to join!
